Do you have packages of service?
Yes, we have multiple packages so you can find the service that fits you best. Base services can be found on our Investments page. Please email us at kaspers@kasper-creations.com or fill out the contact sheet on this website to learn more.

What if I want an item that isn’t listed on your packages?
We do offer an “a la carte” selection of services and products. Let us know what you want to add to the package when you contact us and we’ll be sure to point it out on the a la carte section.

How long does it take to get our proofs?
Every service comes with a consultation where we go over the timeline of your experience with Kasper Creations. You can expect to see the edited portraits in two weeks and the edited wedding photos in four weeks.  Services also include a viewing session. This is a special session with a personalized display of your images.

Do we need a wedding album?
Each of our packages include a customized wedding album. We want you to be able to enjoy your photos and digital copies usually get placed in a drawer and forgotten. Albums are a beautiful way to display and relive your wedding story. Think of it this way, this wedding album is your first heirloom for future generations.

Are you available for destination weddings?
Absolutely! Katelyn has traveled all her life, and even lived abroad. We would love to help you celebrate your wedding anywhere. We love seeing more of our country and have passports so we can see the rest of the beautiful world we live in.

Are you available for elopements?
Of course! Elopements are very personal and add room for a lot of creativity. Contact us to learn more about our elopement package.

What is the difference between an event planner, event coordinator and day-of-coordination?
An event planner acts as a consultant. They meet with clients to create a cohesive theme, a plan of action and answer questions.
An event coordinator meets with clients, plans the event, calls vendors and coordinates from beginning to end.
A day-of-coordinator meets with clients before an event to learn about the full plan and then organizes the day’s events.

How does the booking process work?
If you are interested in learning more about our services you can send up an email at kaspers@kasper-creations.com or fill out the contact sheet on this website. Please let us know about what services you would like and the date you are wanting them. We’ll give you the information you request and schedule a time to sit down and discuss options. We have contracts that are designed to help both parties feel safe and free to enjoy their experience with Kasper Creations. There is a 20% retainer fee that is due at the booking to reserve the date and the rest will be due by the date of service.

Do you take credit cards?
Yes. We have a credit card system through PayPal. All you have to do is swipe your card and sign. PayPal helps keep your information safe and secure.
