Mikayla was one of the Covid seniors who didn’t get a normal graduation or many of the final commemorative events, including senior portraits. We had talked about a session before she graduated, but then the world shifted dramatically. She’s now a student at Texas A&M University (my family would say “whoop!” at this point) and we got the opportunity to take some late/early “senior” portraits.
We started at the George Bush Library gardens, which are beautiful with a pond, gazebo, trails, etc.
We then headed over to the Texas A&M Gardens. If you haven’t been over there then you should try to visit. It’s such a wonderful little surprise! They even had a vineyard and I got to check off vineyard photos from my bucket list. Haha
You’re doing awesome, Mikayla! It’s wonderful to hear all the things that you’ve been able to do and discover at college. So excited for you!
