Zach Senior Portraits | Downtown Waco Texas

Zach, his mom and I met in downtown Waco for his senior portrait session. We’d been planning the photos for a while and I knew he wanted a downtown, urban look. Zach picked out his outfits, and he did such a great job!

We started out with his JROTC uniform. We wanted to highlight the uniform and not detract from it, so this simple background was the perfect setting. It was also a great start to the session because he was able to be more sober and aloof in the uniform, which is sometimes actually way easier in front of a camera than being the life of the party. In this instance, it was just the right ice breaker!

We then hit the streets and murals in his more formal look, which was super classy. We had so much fun joking around and trying to get Zach to laugh. Though I think he pulled off a few model/Mr. Darcy looks as well. Look out ladies!

We finished up with Zach’s casual outfit. I loved how the stripes on his sleeves and pants added some artistry to some of the shots.

Congrats on your graduation, Zach!
